TowneBank recently hosted the Southside Artists Association (SAA) water-themed art show at its Chesapeake Great Bridge branch. The Jennifer White Scholarship was awarded to Kelly Rae Mann and Kylie Love Gatchalian, two local students who plan to study art at Virginia Commonwealth University.
